We accept all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as PayPal payments.

Why isn’t my payment going through?

Double check that you’ve entered the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what is registered. If you’ve tried that and are outside the U.S placing an order, you may want to contact your bank as they may have an international block on your card.

I didn’t receive my order.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, please double check your mailbox/ porch/ neighbors. If you still cannot locate, contact your local post office for support in case it was delivered there instead. If you are unable to locate your order still, contact info@diabetichealthjournal.com for further assistance.

I put in the wrong address.

If you decide to change your shipping address, please email the DHJ team at info@diabetichealthjournal.com as soon as you place your order. We aim to have your journals shipped out ASAP so we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so, but promise to try our best for you.

when will my order be delivered?

USA: 3-5 Business Days
Canada: 7-10 Business Days   
Europe: 7-10 Business Days
World: 10-25 Business Days

International orders

We suggest to use the DHL shipping service for International orders. Shipping costs remain the same when shipping 2 DHJ'S. 

What is your return policy?

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened journal orders within 14 days of purchase. Please email info@diabetichealthjournal.com to start a conversation regarding your return. In the email, include your order number, reason for the return, and whether or not it has been used. Please note the original shipping costs will not be included in your refund. Note that unfortunately, we cannot accommodate return pre-paid shipping labels at this time.
