My name is Johnny Hofmann. I am a type 2 diabetic and internet marketer. I have been helping other people with diabetes for over a year now, and I get great satisfaction from it. I believe in being proactive with all things in life, but especially your health. Do not wait for something to happen, make things happen.

I travel when I can, but I live in Phoenix full time. I live with my wife Amy and Friend Richard, and my dog Lucy (who is a big part of my diabetes team). She helps me exercise and motivates me to go walking (she always knows when it’s time..)

I Love internet marketing and also making Rock Music. But my first priority is my health, and so should yours be. I always try to do things in an innovative way, and it seems to always work out. (that does not mean I have not been absolutely miserable and desperate many times in life….but who wants to hear about that? Not me!)

Be strong and never give up, it is not always easy, but it is always better than knowing you failed because you were too scared to fight, or too lazy.
